|Brutarul-Cofetarul is published monthly in 8,800 copies and it is distributed for free, all across Romania and the Republic of Moldova.|
The magazine reaches decision makers in bakeries, confectioneries, mills, pastry-shops, pasta manufacturers, biscuit factories etc. Next to these destinations, we also started distributing the magazine to 4 and 5 star hotels that have their own pastry and confectionery laboratories. The database of subscribers is permanently monitored and updated.

The results of a survey held among the readers on a sample of 427 respondents, indicate that over 82% of the magazine's receivers are from the top-management of companies (general manager, sales manager, marketing manager), while 18 % of them work in middle-management structures (engineering technician, sales agent, baker, confectioner, etc.).
The same study shows that 88% of the readers find the magazine very useful, reading most of its articles each month. The most appreciated articles turned out to be the ones covering the diversity of solutions from the suppliers, and also about trends and innovations on the market.

that support the development of the bakery and confectionery market.
The main evidence of this commitment is organizing, in spring 2014, the 10th exhibition dedicated to the baking and confectionery industry, and the 6th under the name of GastroPan, which is regarded as the most important specialized trade fair held in Central and Eastern Europe. The next edition of the event will be held in BRASOV - ROMANIA on 4-6 April 2014 and will unite thousands of professionals and suppliers in the bakery, confectionery, hospitality and food service market.
