Circulation and distribution

Brutarul-Cofetarul is published monthly in 8,800 copies and it is distributed for free, all across Romania and the Republic of Moldova.

The magazine reaches decision makers in bakeries, confectioneries, mills, pastry-shops, pasta manufacturers, biscuit factories etc. Next to these destinations, we also started distributing the magazine to 4 and 5 star hotels that have their own pastry and confectionery laboratories. The database of subscribers is permanently monitored and updated.

Readers' profile

Readers are specialists and managers in charge with the production and sales of bakery and confectionery products.

The results of a survey held among the readers on a sample of 427 respondents, indicate that over 82% of the magazine's receivers are from the top-management of companies (general manager, sales manager, marketing manager), while 18 % of them work in middle-management structures (engineering technician, sales agent, baker, confectioner, etc.).
The same study shows that 88% of the readers find the magazine very useful, reading most of its articles each month. The most appreciated articles turned out to be the ones covering the diversity of solutions from the suppliers, and also about trends and innovations on the market.

SUPPORTING PERFORMANCE

The magazine is actively involved in organizing events and business meetings
that support the development of the  bakery and confectionery market.

The main evidence of this commitment is organizing, in spring 2014, the 10th exhibition dedicated to the baking and confectionery industry, and the 6th under the name of GastroPan, which is regarded as the most important specialized trade fair held in Central and Eastern Europe. The next edition of the event will be held in BRASOV - ROMANIA on 4-6 April 2014 and will unite thousands of professionals and suppliers in the bakery, confectionery, hospitality and food service market.

Tiraj şi distribuţie

Revista Brutarul-Cofetarul apare lunar în peste 9.400 de exemplare şi se distribuie gratuit, în România şi Republica Moldova, pe cale poştală. Revista ajunge la factorii de decizie din brutării, cofetării, patiserii, mori, fabrici de panificaţie, paste făinoase, biscuiţi, gelaterii, ciocolaterii etc.

Revista ajunge la factorii de decizie din brutării, cofetării, gelaterii, ciocolaterii, patiserii, mori, fabrici de panificaţie, paste făinoase, biscuiţi etc. Ca o noutate, din toamna anului 2013 distribuim revista şi în hotelurile şi restaurantele care deţin laboratoare de cofetărie sau patiserie proprii. Baza de date a abonaţilor este monitorizată şi actualizată permanent.

Profilul cititorilor

Cititorii revistei sunt în general reprezentanţi ai unităţilor de producţie şi comercializare a produselor de panificaţie, patiserie şi cofetărie.

Rezultatele unui sondaj organizat în rândul cititorilor pe un eşantion de 427 de respondenţi, indică faptul că peste 82% dintre destinatarii revistei reprezintă top-managementul companiilor (director general, director de vânzări, marketing manager), în timp ce 18% dintre ei lucrează în structurile de middle-management (inginer tehnolog, agent vânzări, brutar, cofetar etc.). Din acelaşi studiu reiese faptul că 88% din totalul cititorilor consideră foarte utilă revista, parcurgând întreg conţinutul acesteia şi citind majoritatea articolelor. Cele mai apreciate sunt articolele despre diversitatea ofertelor de la furnizori şi cele referitoare la tendinţele şi
noutăţile de pe piaţă.

Susţinem performanţa

Revista Brutarul-Cofetarul se implică activ în organizarea evenimentelor şi reuniunilor ce sprijină dezvoltarea şi modernizarea pieţei de panificaţie şi cofetărie.

Principala dovadă a acestui angajament este organizarea, în anul 2014, a celei de-a X-a expoziţii dedicate industriei de profil, şi a şasea sub numele de GastroPan, eveniment de referinţă în Europa Centrală şi de Est. Următoarea ediţie GastroPan se va desfăşura în intervalul 4-6 aprilie 2014, la Braşov şi va reuni zeci de mii de specialişti şi furnizori din domeniile panificaţiei, cofetăriei şi alimentaţiei publice.
